Submitting the online form is a request for contact, not confirmation of an appointment or acceptance of a repair contract. A booking becomes confirmed only when we agree the service, date and applicable price with you.
Quotations and payment
Displayed prices are package or starting prices. The final scope, parts, additional labour and any access requirements will be confirmed before chargeable work proceeds.
You are responsible for checking and accepting the quotation. Payment timing and available methods will be confirmed with the booking. We will not add work outside the agreed scope without your approval, except where immediate action is reasonably required for safety.
Appointments and access
You must provide accurate details, safe access to the appliance and property, and an adult aged 18 or over at the appointment. Please disclose known hazards, access restrictions or previous repair attempts. If a visit cannot proceed because access or information is inadequate, a reasonable call-out charge may apply where disclosed in advance.
Cancellations and changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. Your statutory rights and any applicable deductions are explained in our Refund Policy. We may rearrange a booking due to engineer availability, safety, parts availability or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Our responsibility
We provide services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, unrelated faults, manufacturer design issues, inaccessible damage, or loss caused by inaccurate information or failure to follow safety or care instructions.
Complaints and governing law
Please contact us promptly so we can investigate any concern. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring a claim in the part of the UK where they live.
