Before a booking is confirmed
The online form is an enquiry and no payment is taken through it. You may withdraw an enquiry at any time before a service and price are agreed.
Your cooling-off rights
If you book as a consumer by phone, email or online, you will normally have 14 days from the day the service contract is agreed to cancel without giving a reason.
If you expressly ask us to begin within that period and then cancel after work starts, we may deduct a fair amount for the service already supplied. If the service has been fully completed after your express request and acknowledgement, the cancellation right may end. Different rules may apply to a specifically requested urgent repair.
Appointment cancellation
Tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. Any cancellation or call-out charge must have been disclosed when the booking was confirmed and will reflect costs reasonably incurred. We will refund sums paid for work not supplied, subject to any lawful deduction.
Faulty or incomplete service
If you believe work was not carried out with reasonable care and skill, contact us promptly. Where legally required, we will first seek to repeat or correct the service within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. If that is impossible or unsuccessful, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or refund.
Parts and special orders
Refund rights for parts depend on whether they have been fitted, specially ordered, used or returned, and whether they are faulty. Nothing here limits your rights where a supplied part is faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose.
How refunds are issued
Send your name, booking reference, service date and reason for the request to mobstradingltd@gmail.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank processing times may vary after we issue the refund.
